The location is perfect with direct beach access and a fantastic kids' club. Check-in was slow and frustrating. Valet had long wait times. Pools were nice, but the staff could be more attentive.

The oceanfront views are stunning, and the beach access is excellent. The room was clean and spacious with a full kitchen. Kids loved the activities available. The valet service could be slow, and we had issues with parking. Don't expect beach chair rentals to be straightforward. I wish they had better dining options on-site.

I loved that the hotel is right on the beach so I could easily stroll the sandy shores every morning while soaking in the sun and the surrounding views plus there are so many attractions within walking distance such as Mamma Mia Pizza just a few steps away and Broadway at the Beach being under 2 kilometers so you can spend the day exploring the shops and dining options there while other fun spots like the Family Kingdom Amusement Park and Dragon's Lair Fantasy Golf are also close enough to enjoy without needing to drive but I did wish the staff had been a bit more attentive to requests during my stay.

The view from my 9th-floor room is amazing. The staff goes above and beyond, and the restaurant serves fantastic food at fair prices.

The views from the balcony were stunning, offering a perfect backdrop to our family getaway. The spacious suite felt like home, with a well-equipped kitchen that made dining in easy. The outdoor pool and dedicated amenities were enjoyable, and the staff's friendliness shone through - except for one manager who was less than accommodating when we encountered a dirty room. While the cleanliness and service could improve, the hotel's location was convenient, and our son's shoes were returned, showcasing some honesty amidst the chaos. Plenty of potential, but there were bumps along the way.

Beautiful property. Clean and spacious rooms with stunning beach views and floor-to-ceiling windows. The staff was friendly and accommodating-checking us in hours early when we were exhausted. A kids' room and pool right on the beach enhances family appeal. standard must improve. Cockroaches were a significant issue during our stay, and despite alerts, management was unresponsive. The kitchen required a cleaning, and I experienced slow internet. Amenities are great, but attention to cleanliness and pest control is critical. I would consider returning, but only if crucial areas are addressed. This venue has potential; it simply needs consistent management.

The hotel was stunning, with clean and spacious rooms that made us feel right at home! The staff went above and beyond, even letting us check in early. Plus, beach access and two amazing pools made our stay a dream come true!

The room had a comfortable layout, featuring large windows that provided a stunning ocean view. The kitchen boasted top-notch LG appliances, which were a delight to use. The bed offered basic bedding, but I expected more luxurious comfort. Temperature control was effective, ensuring a pleasant atmosphere. Unfortunately, the noise level was disruptive; I could hear neighbors' kids screaming throughout the day. Cleanliness was generally good, but the lack of daily housekeeping was disappointing. A serious issue was the cockroaches on the patio, which remained unaddressed during the stay. attention to room maintenance could improve significantly.

I was really disappointed with the check-in policy. Arriving at 3:00 PM after a long drive only to be rushed out by 10:00 AM felt unfair. We barely had time to enjoy everything, and the amenities were often closed too.

Great location near the beach and boardwalk. The pools and hot tubs were clean and perfect for the kids.
It wasn’t inexpensive, but you get what you pay for.

amazing room, amazing view with a beautiful balcony that provided the perfect spot to enjoy the scenery and a full kitchen that made it convenient to prepare meals during our stay.

Hilton Grand Vacations Club Ocean Enclave boasts spacious, clean suites with stunning ocean views. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and the proximity to the beach and boardwalk was a huge plus. early check-out and noise from nearby bars could use improvement. a delightful experience!

Loved the rooftop pool bar with ocean views, brand new hotel steps from the beach, and late check-out option. Also enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, and kids' activities. Fun times!
Just had a blast dealing with the scratch on my car and my black feet from dirty suite floors. Great memories!

The spacious rooms with washer/dryers and safes provided the convenience we needed. Being close to Mount Atlanticus Mini Golf added to the fun, filled experience. It was an ideal spot for families and couples alike.
For dads, it would be great if the resort had more kid, friendly meal options.

we stayed at a Hilton Grand Vacations property in a spectacular oceanfront room with excellent beach access. the view of the ocean and pool from the 9th floor was amazing, and we enjoyed beautiful sunsets and sunrises. the kitchen had top-notch LG appliances, and the bathroom featured a walk-in shower. the location was perfect, with beachfront access and nearby bars and restaurants.

My friends and I had a blast staying at this super cool resort near awesome mini-golf spots. The place was brand new, and our suite had everything we needed, like a washer for our sandy clothes. The location was sick, just a hop away from fun activities!
The only thing we wished for was a livelier nightlife scene near the hotel for some late-night fun vibes.

When we checked into the Hilton Grand Vacations, I was quite impressed by the amenities in our room. The ironing facilities came in handy for quickly getting rid of any wrinkles in our clothes. The heating and air conditioning were easy to control, ensuring we were always comfortable. I appreciated the tea and coffee facilities, perfect for enjoying a hot beverage in the morning on the terrace. The garden furniture on the terrace was a nice touch for relaxing outside. While the room was well-equipped, I found the free toiletries provided to be of good quality. The am/fm alarm clock was convenient, helping us wake up on time for our planned activities. The curtains in the room blocked out the light effectively, allowing for a good night's sleep. One area that could be improved upon was the lack of nearby shops or commercial services within the vicinity of the hotel. It would have been convenient to have easy access to essentials without needing to travel far. our stay at Hilton Grand Vacations was comfortable and enjoyable, with great room amenities.

Had a fantastic stay! The spacious room with a fully stocked kitchen and washer/dryer was convenient. The oceanfront view was breathtaking, and the location was perfect for walking to nearby restaurants and shops.
Housekeeping could improve on cleanliness, as we found hair in the towels and old items from previous guests. The outdoor pool was murky, and the front desk staff could be friendlier during check-in.
